Tinyloop
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Our Privacy Commitment
Tinyloop's privacy and security commitments apply to Tinyloop, Tinyhat, and the services we make available through tinyloop.co and related domains. Privacy and security are our first priority. We build Tinyhat so each customer can use a dedicated cloud computer without sharing that computer with anyone else.
2. Dedicated Isolated Computers
For Tinyhat hosted OpenClaw services, each customer receives a dedicated isolated computer or server. We do not share that computer between customers, and we do not reassign or reuse it for another customer after your relationship with us ends.
We do not access, inspect, or browse the files inside your dedicated computer. We do not store copies of the files inside that computer in Tinyloop systems. Your files, credentials, tools, and workspace data remain inside your isolated environment unless you choose to transmit them to a third-party service through your own actions or configuration.
3. Information We Collect
We intentionally keep personal-data collection narrow. We collect the contact information you provide when signing up or communicating with us, such as your email address or phone number.
We may also keep the minimum operational records needed to run, secure, support, bill, and improve the service, including account status, payment transaction metadata from our payment provider, support messages you send to us, and security or service logs. We do not sell personal data.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- create and manage your Tinyloop or Tinyhat account;
- provide, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service;
- send account, support, billing, and security communications;
- process payments and prevent fraud or abuse;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- improve the reliability and safety of the service.
5. Cloud Providers and Security
We use reliable cloud infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud, and configure infrastructure with modern privacy and security controls. We design the service around customer isolation, encrypted connections, least-privilege access, monitoring, and careful operational boundaries.
6. Service Providers
We may use service providers for cloud hosting, payments, email, support, security, analytics, and operations. These providers may process limited information only as needed to provide services to us and are not allowed to sell your personal data.
7. Deletion and End of Service
When you end your relationship with us or request cancellation, we remove the dedicated server assigned to you and delete the data on that server. We do not reuse that server for another customer.
We may retain limited contact, billing, support, security, or legal records only when required for legitimate business, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons.
8. Your Choices
You can ask us to update, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and security limits. You can also ask us to end your service relationship and remove your dedicated server.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised policy on this page.
