Tinyloop provides B2B data enrichment, lead qualification, and sales orchestration tools. We integrate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (such as Attio) to analyze data and automate sales processes.
3. Data Access and Privacy
Authorization
By connecting your CRM to Tinyloop, you grant us permission to access, read, and write data within your CRM instance for the sole purpose of providing our Service.
Data Usage
We do not sell your private CRM data to third parties. Data is processed to generate your ICP and enrich your leads.
Compliance
You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to allow us to process the data in your CRM, in compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
4. User Obligations
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) in violation of CAN-SPAM or GDPR.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the source code of the Tinyloop platform.
- Use the enriched data for malicious purposes or harassment.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Free Plan
The ICP generation feature is free.
Paid Plans
Advanced features (Enrichment, Auto-updating CRM, Content Generation) require a paid subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed Monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial months. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tinyloop is provided "as is." While we strive for high accuracy in our data enrichment, we do not guarantee that all data is perfectly accurate or that the Service will be error-free. We are not liable for any lost profits or business interruptions resulting from the use of our tool.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tinyloop if you violate these terms, particularly regarding data misuse or non-payment.
